1. Please fill all parts of the form, then click 'file', 'save as' and rename the file using the name of your school and followed by your name e.g. "XU-Ethelbert Deguit". Please Save as Microsoft Word Format and email to. Each school should submit the forms of its delegates together at the same time to avoid confusion. Submission should be made on or before 31 March 2010.

2. The Registration fee of (4,500) per participant and membership fee of (1,000) per school should be paid on or before 31 March, 2010. You should pay the fifty percent (50%) of the total registration fee on or before 28 January 2010. If you choose to pay the full participation fee on or before 28 January 2010 you may avail of a ten percent (10%) discount. Kindly inform Mr. Roberto B. The ALSP, Inc. is a federation of 67 law schools in the country established in 1989. It is a registered association with the Securities and Exchange Commission, an accredited organization by the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP), Supreme Court and the National Youth Commission under the Office of the President.

On April 25-29, 2011, we will be having our 22nd National Convention with the theme “Reforming the Legal Orders to Suit the Modern Philippines” in City Travel Hotel, Baguio City. In this regard, we would like to invite your law student government or council (LSG) to participate in the said event. The registration fee is only Four Thousand Five Hundred (Php 4,500) Philippine Currency, inclusive of accommodation, food, kits and transportation from the bus terminal to the venue. In addition to this, the membership fee of your LSG is One Thousand (Php1,000.00) Philippine Currency based on our Constitution.

Attached in this invitation letter is the registration form. Kindly bring your authorization signed by your Dean or President, Chairperson or Head of your Law Student Council/Government/ Lex Circle/Association of Law Students that you are the Head Delegate of your school.
